Welcome to Feigo Training Coaching, delivering quality coaching for people who are looking to reach their goals!

My background: I was a high level athlete my whole life, playing junior level hockey and lacrosse, and also graduating high school with athletic honours.

After aging out of junior hockey at the age of 21, I turned to bodybuilding. At 25, I ’m currently pursuing a career in bodybuilding, being at the national stage in Canada qualifying me to compete for an IFBB pro card.

I fell in love with this sport instantly, and as much as i like seeing the growth in myself, i also like seeing it in others. That’s why I enjoy coaching. I’m here to help. I’m here to be a solid mentor and coach for you. 24/7 support, background knowledge, nutrition and training. I’m here to get you to grow into the body you want. Together we can make a great team!
